    Vita Archives, LLC. agrees to never use any kind of AI in the process of creating artwork, nor feed AI an image of the final artwork, the best of our knowledge and efforts. Our work is 100% original and hand-crafted.

    All content, including images, photos of artwork, artwork, text, videos, and photography is exclusively the property of Vita Archives, LLC., and is protected by U.S. copyright laws.

    • Prohibition: the use of any automated system, software, or crawler to extract, scrape, or “mine” data from this Site for the purposes of training, developing, or improving artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, or generative AI tools is prohibited.

    • Prohibition of use of physical products produced: the use of any automated system, software, or crawler to extract, scrape, or “mine” data from any physical image, artwork, text, and goods produced by Vita Archives, LLC. for the purposes of training, developing, or improving artificial intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, or generative AI tools. The client or browser agrees to not feed AI any physical artworks (regardless of stage of completion) nor images of physical artworks.

    • No license granted: Visiting this Site does not grant any license or permission to use our content to train AI models.
    • Enforcement: We (Vita Archives, LLC.) reserve the right to take legal action against individuals or entities that violate this policy by utilizing our content for AI training without express written permission.
